Play Rugby Nepal (PRN) welcomes partnerships with individuals, organizations, and institutions who share our vision of growing rugby across Nepal, supporting grassroots development, and creating unique rugby-tourism opportunities.
Partnership Principles
Shared Values – Partners must align with PRN’s values of inclusivity, fair play, respect, and community development. Transparency – All agreements must be open, clear, and documented. Mutual Benefit – Partnerships should add value to both Play Rugby Nepal and the partner. Sustainability – Priority is given to collaborations that create long-term impact for Nepalese rugby.

Individuals Rugby players, coaches, referees, and enthusiasts. Volunteers, donors, or ambassadors. Professionals offering skills (media, medical, training, etc.). Organizations Rugby clubs, unions, and federations. NGOs, schools, and universities. Businesses and corporate sponsors. Travel, tourism, and event management companies.

Roles & Responsibilities
Play Rugby Nepal (PRN) will: Provide structured rugby programs and events. Offer branding, recognition, and reporting to partners. Maintain accountability and transparency in resource use. Partner (Individual/Organization) will: Commit to agreed roles (financial, in-kind, or expertise). Respect PRN’s policies and safeguarding standards. Promote rugby in a positive and inclusive manner.
Partnership Process
Application/Proposal – Interested individuals or organizations submit a partnership request. Review & Agreement – PRN evaluates alignment with vision and goals, then drafts a simple MoU. Implementation – Both parties collaborate on activities, events, or programs. Evaluation – PRN reviews partnership impact annually for renewal or expansion.
Recognition & Benefits
Partners will receive recognition through: Play Rugby Nepal’s website, social media, and events. Co-branding on jerseys, banners, or promotional materials (for sponsors). Certificates of partnership and appreciation. Exclusive involvement in PRN tours, events, and exchange programs.
Safeguarding & Ethics
All partners must comply with safeguarding policies protecting youth, players, and communities. No discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, or background will be tolerated. Partnerships with organizations that contradict PRN’s values (e.g., promoting violence, corruption, or harmful activities) will not be considered
