  • T1 Rugby Format: Short-field, 5-a-side rugby version ideal for inclusion and safety

  • Participation from all 7 provinces of Nepal

  • Inclusive of girls’ and boys’ teams, school clubs, and community rugby groups

  • Field Setup: Temporary pitches on flat ground or beach area

  • Segmented Matches: Rotational games in small teams (T1 format) to meet Guinness criteria

  • Match Documentation: Drone, video, GPS tracking, official match recorders

  • Player Gear: T1 kits, bibs, ID bands, hydration packs

  • Safety & Medical: First aid stations, mobile paramedics, evacuation plan
