Program Overview
Play Rugby Nepal offers internship and volunteer opportunities for local and international rugby enthusiasts, coaches, sports management students, and development professionals who want to contribute to the grassroots rugby movement in Nepal. These programs are ideal for gaining practical experience in coaching, youth development, community outreach, and event organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Coach youth teams (U10–U18), including girls and boys. Assist in rugby festivals, school tournaments, and special events. Support physical fitness and injury prevention sessions. Design and implement workshops (e.g., nutrition, leadership). Work with local coaches to enhance rugby knowledge. Help with administration and community outreach.
Accommodation & Meals
Homestay or volunteer house in Kathmandu, Pokhara, or tour areas. Basic meals included (Nepali and continental). Optional rural stay during outreach programs.
